The Future

As I sit here watching the 2007 World Series, I can't help but think about the poor souls stranded in a huge NHL:1 Yahoo! Chat rut. What does the future hold for these people? They refuse to work, forcing their parents to support them. I do not hate these people, though they do cost me thousands of tax dollars every year. No, I do not hate them. Those words play about my head as I try to figure out exactly how I do feel about them. Is it pity? I'm not sure. As I think about this tonight, I'll jot down little notes from time to time.
